Q: On the cardio CD, how do I know when to speed up/slow down?
A: Pick the Level you want (I, II, III or IV)
- Start running/peddling once the music starts
- Keep in time with the music (like dancing)
- When the music speeds up, you speed up
- When the music slows down, slow down
- That's it!
Q: How does the Audio Timekeeper (Weight Training 001) work for one arm/one leg exercises?
A: Do the opposite arm/leg during the break OR skip back for the counting and then forward to the break.
Q: Can I pick the music on the Audio Timekeeper?
A: Selecting your own music involves song rights, royalties and permission. The music on the Audio Timekeeper is not selectable. However, you can look forward to a variety of different Audio Timekeepers in the future. We'd love to hear your musical preferences!
Q: How does it work for upper body AND lower body weight training?
A: The CD takes you through 5 muscle groups (upper body workout). Since there's only 4 muscle groups in the lower body workout, you're done after track 49!
Q: Can I put the Audio Timekeeper on my iPod or MP3 player?
A: Yes! Simply follow your software instructions that came with your player.
Q: Are there downloadable versions available?
A: Sorry, there are no legal downloads for Audio TImekeeper products.
Q: Cardio CD - Why 19:30 instead of 20 minutes?
A: Professionally made CD's can only hold 78 minutes of music. We wanted FOUR levels of training on one CD, so 4 times 19:30 equals 78 minutes!
Q: Can I do a longer warm-down?
A: Yes, just keep running into the next track for a couple of minutes. For Level IV, simply skip back for extra warm-down time.
Q: When do I start running/peddling/etc. with the Cardio CD?
A: Right away, as soon as the music starts.
