Mike Harris Goes to Heaven
A Body-for-LIFE legend in his own time and a brother like no other, Mike Harris went to be with his maker on Sunday, May 31, 2010. It comes as a total shock to the BFL Community and the countless people that Mike Harris has inspired, motivated, counseled, and befriended over the years. He will be severely missed. Rest in Peace, Brother!

2009 Champions for Life Cruise

Challenge 8 Complete!
I finished my 8th Body-for-LIFE Challenge on Sep 9, 2009. It was a tough one but very much needed due to some HEAVY DUTY adversity. I feel GREAT now and much happier....and healthier as well!
